  4.   Because timEd is becoming quite popular, there are lots of users. And
  5.   lots of users have lots of questions and problems.
  6.  
  7.   Up to now, I have tried to support the product in several echomail areas
  8.   of other products, and through netmail. This is, however, becoming a very
  9.   time consuming job.
  10.  
  11.   Apart from that, netmail doesn't always arrive at it's destination :-(
  12.  
  13.   So, I think it would be much better to support my product by using a
  14.   special echomail area for this goal. It will be an international echomail
  15.   area called ARTWARE: "Support for timEd, WIMM & NetMgr".
